DELIVERY POLICY

We delivery time of a product are indicated in the order confirmation and, in the case of online sales, they are calculated using the postal code of the region. When ordering, verify that the postal code is correct and consider the maxi-mum deadline to receive the product.
After the payment confirmation date, we consider up to 03 (three) business days to prepare the order and, if necessary, send the shipping request. From that moment on, the time will depend on the method chosen to withdraw or ship the product. In the case of agencies or companies that contemplate this service, the customer will receive a road map number and can track the status of the shipment, as well as the date of shipment.

Delay due to an accidental act or major force. Situations in which, despite the security procedures of the carrier and / or the post office, external factors may interfere with delivery, as in the following examples:

Exchange or return:
The consumer code guarantees the right to change the product in case of a defect or withdrawal, if it occurs within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, without any trace of use and accompanied by the respective invoice and all the accessories.
To change a product, it is necessary to contact our center through the email info@ventummaris.us, communicating the order number, the date of purchase and the reference of the item that will be changed.
All collection / shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of producer responsibility.
